Square Dowel Sleeve DP-2H

The Square Dowel Sleeve DP-2H is a square-profile plastic dowel sleeve used for jig and fixture location in assembly, tooling and manufacturing setups. The standard size is 165 mm x 90 mm, with other sizes available on request. The square profile provides reliable, repeatable location, making it useful for tool rooms, fabricators and OEM production lines.

As a dowel sleeve manufacturer in India, we offer custom sizes, custom colours, moulding to your drawings, and custom branding by screen print, emboss or laser. Each sleeve is produced by plastic injection moulding from virgin and industrial-grade polymer at our New Delhi facility, in operation since 1980. We supply in bulk on a wholesale basis with a minimum order quantity of 5,000 pieces and serve customers pan-India and across export markets including the UAE, UK, USA, Africa and other international markets.
